Do you offer vehicles with cargo space?
Yes, unlike other rent-a-car companies in the country. You can rent practical models VW Caddy Furgon i VW T5 Furgon.

Can I cancel or change the reservation?
Yes, you can. If you wish or need to change the reservation, just choose Reservation Change or Cancellation. As an alternative, you can call + 385 (0)1 2900 333, send a fax to number + 385 (0)1 2900 306 or an e-mail to reservations@oryx-grupa.hr. You will be required your reservation number.

Do you offer additional equipment?
Yes, we do. Additional equipment, such as children car seat, GPS navigation or TV/DVD player, is available with an additional charge, so please let us know about your needs in time. Winter tires are considered obligatory part of the equipment in the winter period, therefore their use is not additionally charged. Find out more about additional equipment here.

Are there any limitation to renting?
There are only the usual limitations – you must be over 21, must hold a full license for minimum two years, and of course, have a credit card. For additional information click here.
