Complaints

If you have any complaints or objections regarding our services, please use the contact form on the right and select the “Complaints and objections” section.

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 19/22), you can also send a complaint by e-mail to: customerservice@oryx-rent.hr, in writing to following address: ZUBAK GRUPA Ltd., Ljudevita Posavskog 7A, 10 360 Sesvete with an indication for ORYX RENT A CAR, or personally at our business premises. We will respond to your complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint and will send the answer by mail or e-mail.

Please do not submit complaints via chat.
