OYRX Rent a car once again won the Customer Favorite Award by Rentalcars, world's largest online car rental brokers.
6th year in a row, ORYX Rent a car swept the competition and won the 2021 Customer Favorite Award. This prestigious title is being awarded every year by Rentalcars.com, and this year the winner was our office at Zagreb airport. In a year full of challenges, this award is special because it represents the work and dedication of all ORYX Rent a car employees who provide customers with the highest level of service.
This award, along with the Qudal, BestBuy, Customers’ friend and Superbrands awards, just proves the high level of service we provide our clients with. Winning awards such as this one is always a great honor, but it is also an obligation to remain committed to the job and the high level of service that clients expect from us.
The director of ORYX Rent a car, Igor Rupar, looks at the 2021 summer season with optimism:
"The season ahead inspires optimism. The numbers will definitely be better than last year, but they will certainly not be as good as 2019, which was one of the best years in our car rental market. A lot of people have not traveled anywhere for over a year, and this year they will surely decide to travel and take a necessary break from everything. And with the Covid cases numbers going down, as well as the vaccination of the population, Croatia is bound to get a share of the market. There is a whole new, challenging season ahead of us, a season that we can’t compare to any in the past, but we believe we will make the mosto of it."
